Challenge
Selling a house in Sweden traditionally means paying upfront for the work that lifts the asking price — exterior touch-ups, interior staging, garden cleanup. The owner takes the financial risk before any sale is on the table. For homeowners who don't want to put cash down on work that might pay off, that's a barrier.
Bondar is a Swedish family business — a father-and-son team — that flips the model. They handle pre-sale home preparation on a pay-on-success basis. The owner pays nothing in advance. Bondar does the work, the listing price goes up by the agreed margin, and Bondar collects only after the home sells.
The site needed to communicate this counter-intuitive offer clearly enough that a homeowner skeptical of traditional contractors would understand the math, and trust it.
What we built
A landing site with a complete inbound funnel:
- Process explainer — 4 visual steps: contact → property assessment → work → settlement after sale
- Worked example — a 1 000 000 kr listing becomes 1 080 000 kr after Bondar's work; the owner keeps the lift, Bondar takes a slice of the delta
- Three service packages — exterior only, full prep, interior only — for owners who want partial scope
- "Why us" section — family business, Swedish market knowledge, zero upfront risk
- FAQ — anticipates the obvious "what's the catch?" questions and answers them up front
- Contact form — direct line to the Bondar team, no middleman
The site is fully trilingual: SV (primary, Swedish market), EN (international owners), RU (Russian-speaking diaspora in Sweden — a real audience for this segment). SEO tuned for the Swedish home-prep search market.
Stack
Next.js 15 with the App Router for fast page loads and good SEO out of the box. TypeScript end to end. Tailwind CSS as the design system. next-intl for the SV / EN / RU split with locale-prefixed routes. Resend for transactional email from the contact form. Deployed on Vercel with edge caching for the static landing assets.
