The task was to consider a hypothetical scenario in which the Mayor of London aims to revise the existing scheme for the contentious redevelopment of Mount Pleasant site in London. This project presents an alternative vision and masterplan for Mount Pleasant in the form of an urban design proposal. This exercise aimed to foster the ability to engage with design as an iterative process and includes: an analysis of the urban context; the development of an overall strategy and options that explore alternatives for redevelopment; a final masterplan.

I worked on this project during my masters in urban design and city planning at The Bartlett, UCL.
